Hello,

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please be advised that the data you reported is coming from your county records, because of this I am unable to edit or remove the information. This data is gathered by a third-party data collector and only updates on Trulia when discrepancies are identified at the next data collection cycle. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite this process.

That said, you have the ability to edit your home facts that appear in the Owner Information section. Please follow these instructions on how to edit your home facts. This includes editing the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, home features, description and more.

1. Sign into your Trulia account. If you do not have an account, you must first register in order to update your home facts.

2. If you haven't already claimed your home, navigate to the property page, go to the "Edit Home Facts " button and verify ownership.

3. If you have claimed your home, click on the same "Edit Home Facts" button to update your home facts.

4. Make sure to select Publish Updates at the bottom of the page.

Yes, absolutely. Check out "Las Vegas Future Floors". The phone number is 702-445-7851 and their email is lvfuturefloors@gmail.com.

Ask for Eric Jorden, the owner. They do excellent work. I personally listed and sold a home which had been rehabbed by this company. They compete with Home Depot, and Lowes on pricing, but the quality of work is much better and they do everything, not only flooring.

If you have additional question you can contact me direct.

Once all the contingencies in your contract are past (the biggest deal breaker being the Appraisal value) then the transaction is more likely to close. However nothing is 100% until the escrow company gives notice of recording with the assessor.

Contact your Buyer's agent to find out how confident he/she is in the transaction closing without a hitch or extension, etc. Every transaction is different and the certainty of closing on time depends on alot of factors (type of financing, track record of lender closing on time, motivation of seller - do they do what they need to do in a timely fashion, has the home inspection contingency completed, etc. )

My advise if you just went into contract and you are awaiting a lender's approval (if short sale), appraised value (if financing) or a delayed response to inspections then no do not call the movers yet.

Hi Brent,
Did you sell your townhome yet? If you haven't consider using a flat fee service broker to keep the most equity in your pocket. I researched several in the Las Vegas area and sold my home (2 actually) with Vegas Flat Fee. Enrique was great, gave me the comps on my property and assisted me all the way through. My properties received maximum exposure and sold within weeks even though one of them had a long term tenant. I am so impressed with this guy and his service, check him out of you are still looking http://www.vegasflatfee.com/default.asp.pg-Testimonials ... more

Are you dead set on a "new" home? The better values tend to be with resales.

I would be happy to discuss the market with you further and explain why people that bought in 2012 as a new home are now short selling their homes. This is compared to resales that were purchased in 2012 and are now cashing equity checks for huge appreciation gains during the same time periods.

I tell my clients if you want a new home then I will assist you getting it done but my best advice is to go with resales. Please contact me to discuss.
