In the gated Juliana's Garden section we generally pay $28/mo to the JG HOA plus $128/mo to the City in the Hills HOA. (for reasons unknown to me, some months are more).

I currently live in the City in the Hills, and have for a few years. Lawn maintenance is the responsibility of the home owner. The community HOAs are not responsible.

D.R. Horton at City in the Hills has 2 models left that are for sale. They include many upgrades and are fully furninshed. They also just had a price reduction that will be effective tomorrow through Sunday. Please call me for details. I just put in all the pricing!

Actually, I believe the properties you might be talking about are in Four Seasons - the KHovnanian development for adults aged 55+. They do have floorplan(s) with the casitas.

Hello Wanda,

This neighborhood is Juliana’s Garden and is (was) built by BLU S.K.Y. Homes.

The median price for the City in the Hills area in general is about $225,000, but this neighborhood would require a little more research to give you an accurate number.

If you have any additional questions regarding resale or new home sales in the City in the Hills, we would be happy to help. We know the area well and just closed escrow on two new homes there this month.

Thank you,

Robert and Dawn Morris
