Have the property manager at the apartments where your mom was evicted write a letter stating you did not live on the property at the time of the eviction. Show where you did live and the rental agreement from them that covers the same time as the eviction of your mom. Prove you were not on the rental agreement when your mom was evicted. Was your mom evicted from the same apartment that both of you lived in or a different apartment in the same apartment complex? If it was a different apartment then you could not have been on the lease or added to the lease without your permission in writing and signing the rental agreement.
