I cannot tell you how many times I call another broker/agent to make a showing appointment on their listings and after providing my name the agent goes something like thatâ€™ â€œ â€¦are you the Cathy Chaudemanche (Team) on Truliaâ€¦. I see you everywhere, I love how youâ€¦â€
