Have you tried going to credit union for your financing? When you do find someone who does those type of loans, then ask the loan officer if they can recommend an agent that they trust and is familiar with writing a HomePath offer.

Hopefully, you have found your answer by now. However, if you haven't, the best places to find information are rental publications. Craigslist, newspaper, See what other people are asking for rents that are similar to yours. I also recommend calling for rent signs in the neighborhood that your interested in and ask what they are charging for rent. If you need additional help, let me know. Curt you have a lot of questions that need to be answered. It would be best to sit down with a Realtor® and talk for an hour or two because with the type of questions that you are asking one question leads to another.
If you are interested in investment type properties to buy and hold I own a couple of properties in Butler county and work with a couple of people that own rentals in Hamilton and Butler counties. If you want you can bounce questions off me and I will be glad to answer to the best of my ability.
