Well that all depends on the banks and how fast or slow they will release their inventory of foreclosed homes. i live and work in Chino hills and I see multiple offers on every property with in days of hitting the market, of course there are exceptions to those few overpriced homes. I don't see the market dropping in Chino Hills unless the banks release homes faster than they can sell. ... more
