I am sorry that you have had trouble removing saved rentals. This is a known issue that our developers are addressing. Unfortunately at this time we cannot offer you a solution to remove these, however if you like I would be happy to notify you when the repair has been completed.

I listed my apartment for rent with Zillow, which generated a listing on Trulia as well, but now I can't find the Trulia listing. How do I generate or renew the Trulia listing?

Trulia Customer Service answered:
Hi Colleen! Carol here at Trulia. Thank you for taking the time to inquire about submitting your listing.

Trulia is a search engine for residential real estate listings that are indexed from agent/broker web pages. Our service is free, and there is no charge to real estate professionals that submit the listings posted on Trulia.

Although we are aware that many individuals who have For Sale By Owner (FSBO) listings would like to have their listings featured on Trulia, at this time we do not add FSBO listings.

We appreciate your interest in our company. If we can assist you further, please visit our help center here:

The "HomeStyle" renovation loan is a CONVentional loan. As with some of the previous posts, the renovation is completed with a certified GC, general contractor. Please know that the HomeStyle renovation loan can be used for a primary residence or an investment property transaction. It has its pros+ cons.

The FHA 203K is similar however it also has its pros + cons, as with anything and is ONLY for primary residence transactions.

Call me if you need to discuss this further to determine which one you really need for your needs.
