My husband moved to Chicago a few years ago for school and we used BjB Properties and have been immensely happy with them! They have a lot of properties in the Lincoln Park/DePaul area. The maintenance crew is great and they are quick to respond to repair calls. The area you are looking at is pricey so be prepared for small apartments. We aren't employees, just happy customers...
