Have you given thought to buying instead of renting? The State of Iliinois may give you $7,500 to help you buy a home. Why rent when you can own?

Leasing To Own Solutions answered:
Hey there Mona....

Don't be surprised if Agents don't rush in to assist you or offer there "expertise" where Lease-to-Own deals are concerned. Many of them aren't really big fans of them because they don't understand them or don't want to have to wait for their commissions.

I wrote on my blog about ways you can find a lease-to-own with and without the help of an Agent:

Typically, and each area is a little different, you can expect your lease payments to be around $1600-$1800 for a lease-to-own. The reason for this is that your mortgage payments + taxes + insurance will end up being close to that amount when you go to get financed.
