Nathan from Trulia here. Please follow the steps below to make changes to your email address, personal information, and more:

1. Log into your Trulia account with your primary email address and password.

2. Hover your mouse indicator over your name in the top right hand corner of the page and click on "Profile" from the drop down menu that appears.

3. Some sections can be edited directly on the profile page. Click the “About” tab, hover your mouse over the section you want to edit, and click the blue “Edit” link to the right.

4. To edit email addresses, passwords, and personal info, click on the “Settings” button near the top right corner of your profile.

5. Click on the title (Email Addresses and Facebook Connect, Password, Personal Information) for each section you would like to update.

6. Be sure to save your changes at the bottom of each section when your update is complete.

Most landlords would like to see a credit score of minimum 640, others are more flexible and willing to look at employment history, utility bills pay on time, personal savings and recommendations of past landlords.

Write a letter explaining why is the reason for that low credit score and how you will help to maintain the property in good shape.

We see many credit reports with low credit scores (anything less than 620), and often many scores in the 500's. This is BAD credit. If you are one of the folks affected by this terrible economy, you have a low credit score and you have a dream of buying a home, here's some simple advice for you.

It is unlikely you could be approved for mortgage financing with that credit score at this time.

Beware of any mortgage professionals promising you an approval with such a low score. Wait on buying a home. I recommend you take the time to resolve your credit issues.

First, settle any outstanding debt. If you owe money on collection accounts, charge-offs and/or judgments, make payment arrangements and get these accounts paid promptly.

Next, begin rebuilding your credit. If you have current accounts with good payment histories, or even some previous late-payment-blemishes, make sure you continue to pay those accounts on time. If you do not have any existing credit accounts then you'll need to establish several in order to create a viable credit history.

I have found that CONSUMER ACTION is an excellent resource for objective advice on all things credit related. You'll find free and sincere advice on everything from settling collection accounts to rebuilding credit to building credit from scratch on their website.

As a former Humboldt Park resident of many years, I am a legally allowed to tell you that there are many dogs that utilize the park from the California side. You will notice one breed is dominant but all breeds are welcome. There are also a handful of Wicker Park establishments that allow dogs so you can walk down North Ave or Division street with your small dog and then bring him to the stool with you. Finally, if you decide you must leave your dog alone, it is a good idea to leave a window open so your dog can enjoy the splendors of Humboldt Park despite the still unproven fears of marauding militias who actively kidnap small dogs for fighting, the underground pet market, and overseas delicacies. ... more
