you're going to need to tell us what complex. You might just want to google the address or stop by the building and see if there's a rental office.

you needn't pay anything for this info. go to the County Recorder in Norwalk and research the tax leins, bank loans etc. yourself. it's all there. the biggest issue is the drive there and back. ... more

Sure, we'll give you her address, and the hours that she's leaving it unattended.

I know where you can find the $135 million one, if you're ever in NYC.

hello Mr Kool...
So you would like to know why the public records don't count the 1/2 bath. I was just at a house this afternoon and they have a 1/2 bath counted as a full. It's either a matter of luck or a matter of building permits. The first one , I can't help you with; the second one, I suggest that you go to the site and clarify the situation with the permits and records.

Hello Susan,

Please let me know if you question ever got answered. Currently the medium price in the Cheviot Hills/Ranco Park area (a combined area) is $1,475,000. I looked at the historical Medium price in Los Angeles in 1994. I want to say it's out paced the medium price in Los Angeles in increase. If you need more assistance with this let me know via email at and I'll see if my title rep can pull up these stats for you.

Hi Susan,

If you have a specific address of a property you are looking at, I would be able to give you the sales price. Prices in 1994 varied, just like now, depending on the size of the house, so an address would help pin it down.

If you don't have a specific address, then maybe a street name with house number range and number of bedrooms and baths of the house can be used. I am still working late tonight, so if you get me this info soon, I'll be able to email you the details tonight, Monday, 7/21.
