If you haven't found any realtors to assist you with finding a rental, you can contact several of the large brokerage companies in the area (Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Keller Williams, Weichert, Better Homes and Gardens, etc. and ask the Office Manager for one of the new licensed agents. New licensed agents are more willing to work with renters because they need to gain experience and need to develop a client base. Experienced agents don't want to work with rentals because the commission fee is low and it's not worth their time. They already have referrals that know people willing to buy and sell and buying and selling real estate earns a much higher commission. New licensed agents don't have anybody yet so renters are the only people where they can earn a commission.
