Heath Coker answered:
When you see /sold/ as part of the URL the property is no longer for sale and is instead being used to gather names and emails to sell as leads.
I would contact a local real estate professional to help with this answer and to save time and money.
(Not me, I'm on the Cape, but I can help you choose a local pro if you want help doing so.)

Hello Veronica,
This is a 2nd floor studio apt. In my experience, studio apts are usually too small for 2 people.
I would happy to assist with your search for the right property for you. Feel free to contact me any time!

This property has an accepted offer. Trulia is a great site but it receives its information as a 3rd party source therefore the information on sales is lagging. To get real time accurate information you need to be on a Realtors website. If you would like I can provide that for you. You can email me at mdmrealty@msn.com ... more

Here is all the info you need on the home. Feel free to schedule a showing online if you would like to see it in person:
http://www.bostontre.com/homes/6019184/MA/Chelsea/32-34-Watts-St-02150/?index=1

There is also another property for sale on the same street which I think you should also consider because it is not bank owned or a short sale. It probably wont last long on the market. Here are all the details:

We can show you both!

Vickie " Vick" Carver answered:
Hi Babette,

Barbara is right! Your agent can show you any home on the market as long as she or he gets a confirmation from the seller to do so. As Barbara said, bank owned properties are handled differently and the differences can sometimes make the home less appealing in the end.
MOST banks will not pay for any items that may need addressed in the inspection that a buyer may get on the home, which many times a seller will, because they would rather have the sale then lose it over what can many times be a very inexpensive repair that was needed. The bank is usually already listing the home for what is owed on it from the previous seller (If it is a foreclosure that is), or are even taking a loss on the home from the start, so dealing with the bank trying to get a cheaper sales price is also not an option many times, they simply won`t work with you as often as a seller would.
In my experience,a bank also takes MUCH longer to respond to any and all issues you might have with trying to see, show, or make an offer with their property, which can be very frustrating to a buyer, and their agent.

Good luck in your home search!
