The Graveline Group answered:
If you're looking for investment properties in Chelsea, your first stop should be to a local Realtor. Browse under the Agent Directory to find a well reviewed Realtor. We're in Longmeadow with LAER Realty Partners, but have brokerages out that way should you need a direct referral. We recommend a Realtor because Realtors adhere to a strict code of ethics which offers you consumer protection and piece of mind. ... more

When it comes to any safety/crime related issues, it's always best to contact the local authorities with all your questions, hear all there is to hear firsthand. If unfamiliar with the area(s) do revisit more than once and at different times of day, possibly chat with locals/neighbors. Real estate professionals are prohibited from steering, enticing a buyer to purchase/rent, or not, in specific neighborhoods.

You are asking a legal question on a site that advertises real estate and other things.
You actually need a lawyer.

I would contact a legal professional to help with this answer and to save time and money.

Trulia Customer Service answered:

Niki from Trulia Customer Service here. We are excited you are using Trulia for your home search.

I see several listings in Chelsea, MA that have the cross streets of Division Street and Fourth Street. I was not able to match the pictures to the current listing for Ellsworth and Essex. We are actively working to filter out incorrect or inactive listings from our site and appreciate your patience as we continually refine our process.

Please use the "flag" option for listings you suspect are fraudulent. Rental fraud is an industry wide problem and the fraud methods are constantly changing. By flagging the listing you help us remove the listing and review the account faster to protect our data quality and our valued customers.

We hope your experience with Trulia is memorable and thank you for using Trulia for all your real estate needs.

Safe to some is dangerous to others.

Drive the neighborhood or walk it and talk to the people you see on the street or in their yard.
Ask the police you may see in the neighborhood.
Call the school department and go interview the principle and walk the school.
Just park you car and see if anyone asks what you're doing.
There are a lot of ways to get this info.

Hi Sean,

With a two bath scenario it's probably best to have one combination shower/tub and one walk-in shower. This arrangement should meet the needs of all perspective buyers.

Good luck,

I run around that area at different times. I am not sure about the buildings themselves, but can speak for the area.
It looks pretty good. Have not seen the inside, but the outside is nice. Seems pretty safe in the area, and looks like they keep the surrounding area clean and plowed. It seems pretty quiet. ... more

Jeff Bowen answered:
Well, I have an 1,800 square foot loft for rent in Chelsea for $1,800 and another loft in Chelsea that is 1,000 square feet for $1,500. So I guess $1.00 -$1.50. There are crappy apartments for as low as 60 cents, however you get what you pay for. Lofts always rent for more because of the high ceilings, exposed brick and open concept. ... more
