Just reading the description on NWMLS the home has had many updates. Based on the cosmetic updates I can see in the photos, I would imagine they did these, but I'd encourage anyone to have the major systems inspected before you were committed to a purchase.
There are rooms on 2 floors, so any basement may be either unfinished or just crawlspace.
It's had a recent price reduction from $259k to $249k, so if you're interested, I'd encourage you to find a great local agent to arrange a showing for you as soon as possible.
