Good evenign, Joyce:
This property has received a notice of default and may eventually be scheduled for a public foreclosure auction. A public foreclosure auction is scheduled when a homeowner in default does not stop foreclosure proceedings within a certain timeframe determined by state statute. Properties are typically auctioned in a public location, such as the local county courthouse, by an attorney or local public official. Auctions can be great opportunities to buy property below market value, but usually don't allow for property inspections and often require full or partial payment in cash within 30 days after winning the bid. Tiffany,

There are options avaialble for you in that price range and those zip codes. I did a search and came across soem properties that meet your criteria. A lot of whether you can have the dog or not is going to be based on the type of dog you have. Homeowners are afraid for the liability that is involved when you have animals and they are not willing to take on that liability.....

All of the rentals are going to be contingent in regards to pets based on the type and size of the dog you have.... if you would like to e-mail me or give em a call at 704-519-7895; I would be happy to discuss the options avaialble to you out there right now in those areas and your dog and see if we can find a match for you.

Hi Jacci,

There are lots of rentals that will meet your requirements but as mentioned the 6 month does limit you some. Many rentals in our area will allow pets depending on the breed of dog because of insurance reasons but will charge a non-refundable pet deposit. Which island are you moving from? My husband is from Hilo (most of this of his family is still there) and we have actually found that there is a growing Hawaiian community in our area.

Aloha!
