Go to the link below and do a search for the property address. Make sure that you abbreviate Court as "CT" and don't include anything else (city, zip, etc.). From there you will be able to obtain the name of the current owner.

I did not see however how much he paid for the property on that site. A search of the MLS did find a sale, but I don't feel comfortable posting that information here on this website for the whole world to read. Feel free to contact any realtor and they will be able to look up the property information and give you the sale price. Good Luck!!

Alan, this home is not active on the MLS. If you are working with a Realtor, have them check with the owners, to see if they want to sell it. If you are not working with an agent, contact me, and I can help you. ... more

Hi Michelle,

It is alwasy good for an agent showing you a home to know whether you have spoken with a lender and been approved to purchase a home, and what your buying power will be, before we set up an appointment. I am sure you will understand that we look to build client relationships and not just be door openers. Having an agent represent you in a transaction is extremely important, so take a look here on Trulia and interview a few agents before this weekend to get an idea of who fits best and will work well to represent your interests. ... more
