There is really no way to ensure that your application will be accepted, even with good credit. However, there are a few things that you can do that may help you to have your application accepted.

First and foremost - always be 100% truthful on your application. Should a discrepancy arise from your application in the areas of employment, income, rental history or criminal history, etc., you can be sure your application will be denied.

If you have never been evicted from a previous rental property, even with bad credit - you have a better chance of having your application accepted. Most landlord's/property management companies review your credit report to see what derogatory items actually exist, and how much time has past since the most recent derogatory item was listed. Make sure you are paying all of your accounts on time, and that you're making at least the minimum payment due. In some cases you may also be able to increase the amount you are putting down for your security deposit to help offset your credit liability.

Check with the city pest control board.

Ask the property managers.

Also call the local pest inspectors in Chandler if they have visited the Apartment Complex.

Do a thorough job up front before signing a lease.

Get a Realtor to help you sign a lease, where the Complex will take care of scorpions.

Fox Crossing does not have a community pool, but if you are still looking for similar rentals please click the link below. I am not exactly sure if you are looking for a permanent rental, or something for just a month or so, so I have included both. I have found six rental properties within 3 miles of Fox Crossing with a community pool.

Please let me know if you are still interested in finding a rental home with a community pool, as I am sure I will be able to help.

Best bet is to get with a local property management company or Google rental property companies in that area and see what each of them has. Good luck.
