Does each owner pay that large assessment or is it divided between all of the homeowners. Was this a rare occurrence or assessments every year. Looking at buying a unit there.

You will need a letter from your doctor stating that your cat is an emotional support animal because of your current mental state. Take the letter to the property management company and submit a payment of $75 and they will give you the paperwork to complete with instructions of to whom it shall be presented to. If you fail to register your cat and it is discovered, the association will order your immediate eviction. ... more

1) Pull out your lease and see what language it has related to noise just to be certain there's a provision for this.

2) Go to your neighbor's door, knock and kindly ask them to refrain from [blasting their music, practicing their Riverdancing, etc.] because you can hear it in your place.

3) If that doesn't work, the next course of action would be to talk to your property manager about it provided your lease addresses the topic.

3) Police involvement is a last resort after you've exhausted the above.

Hi Arthur,

Many of the 55+ or retirement communities offer bus service for their residents.
Since they cater to that demographic they typically cover transportation, exercise, entertainment and more. You'll be in good hands going that route. Welcome to the sunshine state.
