You can receive via email a basic evaluation on your condo. It would be wise for the agent to view the interior, this could be arranged with your tenant or you can wait until your tenant has moved.
The market is good for the Seller since there is low inventory and the rates have remained low.
Your personal reasons for selling are what you need to think about. Do you need the income, etc...

You really need a good buyer agent Aihan, someone to run comps for you so that you make an offer that will get you the property. Century City is a very nice and centrally located area.
