Hi K,
You can receive via email a basic evaluation on your condo. It would be wise for the agent to view the interior, this could be arranged with your tenant or you can wait until your tenant has moved.
The market is good for the Seller since there is low inventory and the rates have remained low.
Your personal reasons for selling are what you need to think about. Do you need the income, etc...
You can call me to discuss this further.
I hope this was helpful.
Best.
Myra

Hello,
Those twin towers were built around 1963. They have withstood plenty of seismic activity over their life span. Same as the Towers at Pico, built in the same circa. The biggest issue I believe is the fact that the buildings are not sprinklered. I have seen a couple of fires in the upper floors burn while firefighters are trying to climb the 30 some odd floors to get to them.

Since the 80's, all condo construction in LA require fire sprinklers. I would keep that in mind when looking at condos. There are many other options in and around century city.

Beverlywood, Century City and some areas near the studios in Culver City are very nice, be aware of the HOA fees, it can really be a huge difference! From 300. 1400. plus a month.
Your tax is 1.25% of your purchase price, and your insurance is .33% of purchase price.

Happy house hunting!

You really need a good buyer agent Aihan, someone to run comps for you so that you make an offer that will get you the property. Century City is a very nice and centrally located area.
