A REALTOR can provide a comparative market analysis of your property, usually free of charge, to determine the best price to list your property. They then add it to the MLS, so your property can be seen on this site, REALTOR.com, Zillow, and many others. Most importantly, a REALTOR can work their schedule around your prospective buyers to show of your property, while you are at work or out at another engagement.
