I can understand your frustration since I've personally purchased many foreclosures. Generally speaking, from my experience, foreclosures that are priced below market value will usually go under contract before the listing and photos can make it to websites like Trulia. The best way is simply to hire a REALTOR. No one can get your property out there more than someone who does this for a living. Homes that are For Sale By Owner only account for 9% of all house sales in America and most of those sales are from people who already have someone in mind to buy their property. Even the owner of sold his property through a real estate broker. (I've provided a link to the article below).

A REALTOR can provide a comparative market analysis of your property, usually free of charge, to determine the best price to list your property. They then add it to the MLS, so your property can be seen on this site,, Zillow, and many others. Most importantly, a REALTOR can work their schedule around your prospective buyers to show of your property, while you are at work or out at another engagement.
