If the home is cah only, then you would NOT get Pre-Qualified for a mortgage. The Listing Agent will most likely need a copy of your most recent bank statement(s) showing sufficient funds to close.

Many times when a property is listed as "cash only", that is because it needs a lot of renovations. Sometimes, these Sellers will consider a Renovation mortgage instead of only cash.

If you are looking to purchase a property and need financing, working with a knowledgeable and seasoned loan officer is critical in today's market. Getting Pre-Qualified is the only way for you to find out your mortgage options. To get Pre-Qualified for your purchase, you can submit your request online at www.rodneymason.com to get started.
