Karen Paytas answered:
Tania,

Good Afternoon!! The home on Eureka is a short sale and there is an underlying mortgage. Therefore, they cannot sell it on a land contract. If you are interested in homes selling with land contract terms just let me know and I'll be happy to email you available properties.

Have a Great Day!!!

The home was pulled off the market on May 25th, 2011 and it is currently owned by Flagstar Bank. I can setup an email alert for you when it comes back on the market if you let me know your email address.

You can call, text, or email me anytime with any real estate questions.

Thresa,

Why wait for an open house? Hire a local buyer's agent and they will not only show you the house but provide you with advice and representation if you like it.

Hi Chantel it looks like the home on Harding is for sale and not lease. The asking price is $74,900.

It looks like it was a HUD repo , was cleaned up and is now for sale.
