In those historic areas the rent tends to be signifcantly higher than what you have budgeted for. Those areas of Charlotte tend to rent out for $1000 and up for a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. You might be able to find a one bedroom/one bath closer to the $800 range in those areas.

If I can be of any assisitance to you please do not heastiate to give me a call or e-mail me at ddicecco@cbunited.com

What your looking for is going to be a little higher than that, you should expect to pay closer to 1000 to 1200 a month in those areas. I wish you the best of luck in your search!

At that price, your best bet would be Heathstead in the Southpark area. 600-800 is more consistent with 1 bdr, 1 bath in those historic or high end areas.
