I want to be very upfront with you. If that is your total monthly income, it will be extremely hard to find you even an efficiency.
So you know, potential Landlords, and Property Managers, look to see that prospective tenants earn a gross monthly income of 3 to 4 times the monthly rent amount. A total gross monthly income of $814, would only qualify you for a monthly rent payment of $200 up to $275 max.
Unfortunately, your best bet for now, until you can increase your income, is to look for a roommate or some type of room rental in a shared house situation.
