Once the feature is back, please follow these instructions on how to edit your home facts. This includes editing the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, home features, description and more.

Sign into your Trulia account. If you do not have an account, you must first register in order to update your home facts.
If you haven't already claimed your home, navigate to the property page, go to the "Edit Home Facts " button and verify ownership.
If you have claimed your home, click on the same "Edit Home Facts" button to update your home facts.
Make sure to select Publish Updates at the bottom of the page.

It is tough when you find a home you love, and have questions that are not being answered.

Simon's sage advice, to have a home inspection is sound advice. Combine that with the seller disclosures and your legwork as part of buyer due diligence, and you should be able to have the necessary "discovery" for the answers to your question.

An experienced Realtor will know how best to utilize real estate forms/documents to gather information, protect you as you consider a purchase, protect your earnest money, and continue moving towards the best decision for you.

Your question doesn't refer to a specific listing. I recomend finding an agent to represent you as a buyer. They will work for you, answer any questions, and negotiate the best deal possible for you. Best of all they are paid by the seller. Pretty great deal!

It took a little time but I was able to figure this one out for you!

Sifting through the Utah County Records I was able to see that a person purchased this home in April 2006 for $230,000.00.

This is evidenced by two trust deeds recorded in that month by Countrywide Home Loans.
One was for $184k & another for $23k.
This looks like a typical 90/10/10 Loan program, 90% LTV First Mortgage. 10% Second Mortgage & 10% Cash Down Payment.

This research also showed me that you just closed on this home on 5/27/2010 and by the looks of the trust deed you got a really good deal!
