You cannot do a FSBO on the site. You need an agent to list here. If you want to sell on your own you can try Craigslist or forsalebyowner.com

Trulia does not accept FSBO listings. There are sites that do, but if you posted here and on every other site that allows you to, you won't get the level of exposure that listing with a great local agent and appearing on your local MLS will get you.

A great agent is worth more than their commission, but a bad one or none at all can cost you way more than just a commission. Consider discussing your options with someone worth working with and then do whatever you feel is in your best interest. Best of luck however you proceed.

Hello! It all depends, like Suzanne said, on whether the foreclosure is final. If its not I would talk to the bank that is foreclosing on you to see if you can stop the foreclosure and make the back payments. If the foreclosure is already final, then it will be a few years before you will be able to buy a new home and you will have had to re-establish good credit first. Depending on the lender and the loan program, you will have to wait between 2-4 years from the date the foreclosure is final before you can get a loan. ... more
