This posting on Trulia.com originated from Postlets.com. That can be seen from the link that you provided. What can also be seen is that the post no longer exists on Postlets.com. That is additional evidence that the post is a scam.

You want to see the home because the rent as indicated is unusually low. Approach such a situation with your eyes very wide open. There are many scams on the internet having to do with bogus rental ads.

Sorry to hear that you haven't received a response

Per the link you provided, it is offered for rent by Silver Creek Property Management company. Although no number was provided, I googled the company and found this info

Nonetheless, it is somewhat disturbing that they are not as responsive as they should be. Give them another shot. Maybe you'll get through next time.

Good luck

Is this your home? Did you list it for sale, or did you buy it?

The listing agent can delete the pictures at owner's request.

I checked the latest listing --- and it only shows 2 pictures, neither one is an interior shot. So it's possible that even though the pictures are no longer on the MLS, they are somehow already cached in various websites. ... more

Were you interested in this to find out how much it sold for?
Or were you thinking it's for sale?

We've received several inquiries from people who saw properties that they thought are actively offered for sale, only to be told that either the properties have already sold, or are not even for sale.

If you're interested in locating a property to buy that meets your requirements, best that you align yourself with a realtor who can help you. For example, I can set it up via Listing Book so that you are automatically notified anytime a property comes up for sale. And you can change your search criteria at any time.

By the way, if you haven't already done so, and if you aren't going to pay cash, have you already spoken with a lender to find out how much you can afford to buy and what kind of loan you can get? That should be your first step before you start looking.

How may I help?

For years now...YEARS....many of us have tried to explain that not all properties one sees on this site is actually for sale. Especially those with RealtyTrac

It is so much more efficient to engage a realtor to help you find properties that are actually listed for sale instead of roaming around with no direction. ... more

The Medford Team answered:
In most cases, a Realtor can do a quick search to see if there are any liens from loans on a property. Other liens can be identified by a preliminary title search by a title company. If you are getting ready to put your home on the market, we could order a preliminary title report for you at no cost – it would identify all known liens. Otherwise, you can search county records at the county recorder’s office or from their website – liens recorded prior to 1969 have to be searched in person as they are only on microfilm.

Here is the link to the County of Alameda Recorder’s Office:

If you are in escrow, your title officer can walk you through the specific steps related to the specific type of lien you have on your home. If you are not yet in escrow, have a pre-escrow opened with a local title company and then ask them to assist you.

Hi Lois,

I agree with Carl. Actually, why don't you contact the Agent that helped you buy the property for the comps you are looking for? I'm sure they would like to hear from you and they know more about the property than a random agent.

I see you are a landlord. I offer access free property management software on my website here:

Also, not sure if this is your first rental or not, but either way, this doc might come in handy as well:

I have floor plans for most of the Five Canyons homes. Which development within Five Canyons in particular are you looking for? There are six developments in Five Canyons built by Centex.

I used to live in Five Canyons in Whispering Oaks area and I had bought my home brand new so I have the plans for that and many other developments.
