Dear Helga:

I have not seen anything, but will keep my eyes open for you. If you are looking at that amount, have you thought about buying? It is actually cheaper to buy now than it is to rent right now since rental prices continue to rise and interest rates still remaining low at this time. Is this something you have considered?

I would love to talk to you to see if that might be a viable option for you or if renting is the right answer for you now.

It is not listed for rent on the internet. It is currently ready to move in, vacant, $1,500/mo. If you are interested, give me a call. Jim Garcia 720-385-4497 ... more
