Yes all builders will pay your Agent as long as you disclose so on your initial visit with the builder. Have you been qualified by a Lender already so that the builder does not have to run your credit. I would also like to offer you the ability to lock in today's low interest rate for up to 1 year depending on the build date with a one time free float down should the rate decrease. This will assure no rate spike or hike when you are ready to close on your home.

There is a great program that can help people in your situation qualify to purchase a home. We work closely with the Home Partners of America who work with people with credit scores in the mid 500s. They purchase homes in certain cities where the school district ranks in the top 50% of the county. If you qualify you can lease the house for up to five years.
