OHhh, you chose a wonderful town. Carver is placed east of Plymouth, West of Middleboro, North of Cape Cod and South of Boston. IN other words, it's just right.

12 Church Street has sold, as I'm sure you've heard from the other responses to your question. Yes, it was a bank owned property, and as such went under agreement quickly. These homes, are usually priced lower than market, can see multiple offers, and are snapped up over asking price, as this was by $5,000.

Did you by any chance notice 166 Center Street, Carver? An example of a short sale. Owner owes more than the asking price. What else can I help you with?

Hi Steve.

Keep in mind that mobile homes may not qualify for a normal real estate loan.
I'd be glad to refer you to the listing professional so you can get your info from the source.

The name is Waterview Village-an active over 55 adult community. It's a double wide within walking distance to John's Pond. The park fee is $511.00 per month and the home is being sold "as is." The park is pet friendly. I can certainly give you more information about this home and park as well as others in the area. Please feel free to call/email me at 508-344-0564 or cherie.poirier@comcast.net.

Best of luck!

It doesn't necessarily mean there is something wrong with the bathroom. Often times it doesn't photograph well or the listing agent decides it's not important so they wont add it.

Hi Bethany. This is my listing and yes it is a short sale, although in my recent dealings with the lender I am being told I would have a rather quick response to any offer I may present. I would be happy to set up a showing for you. I also have another similar property coming on the market which is not a short sale that I would be happy to happy to discuss with you at your convenience. I can be reached at ( 774) 406-1976. I look forward to speaking with you. ... more

Hi -

Yes - Cranberry Village does allow dogs and cats. There isn't a restriction on the size of the animals as long as they do not interfere with the residents' enjoyment of the park. The fees are a set amount - $475/month.

The property you inquired on is 85 Presidents Way (listed $85,000). I also have a listing in Cranberry Village on Washington Park for $40,000 (terrific buy). You can view more info by going to http://www.jensylvester.com/MyListings

Thanks,
Jen
