That house doesn't appear to be for sale in the BLC. Do you own it by any chance? As Kim Walsh said, have any buyer sign a mold disclosure, making it clear that the buyer is aware of the mold and yet wants to buy it. It would be up to that buyer if they tear it down or mitigate.
