Will you be working normal business hours? If so, Raleigh has a unique reverse commute, that being said, getting from Downtown Durham to RDU in the morning will not be that bad, well I guess it is relative as it depends on what kind of traffic you are used to.

Brier Creek has a lot of good options and will make your drive to RDU very easy.

is probably the closest thing you are looking for. The prices range from 1100 and up.

There are single family homes you can find as well if that is something you would be interested in.

We moved to Morrisville, NC over a year ago and we love it! It's safe, clean, lots of shopping, and it's in the hearth of the triangle! with easy access to major highways.
