Step 1: Choose the right agent that you feel comfortable working with. I can give you a recommendation if you like.
Step 2. Based on recent home sales in your neighborhood and other market variables, you will decide together on what price to list your house yet.
Step 3. You agent will put your property on MLS and advertise your property to look for buyers. This includes hosting a couple open houses usually at your home.
Step 4. After you start receiving offers on your home, you will go through the offers with your agent and decide on the strongest offer
Step 5. You accept the strongest offer
Step 6. You begin the escrow process.
Step 7. Assuming the inspection and appraisal of your home go well, escrow should close in about 1 month
Step 6. After escrow closes, you get paid and the buyer gets the keys to your house.
