That is not a home listed for sale, but rather a notice of a lis pendens filed against that property as part of the foreclosure process. These confusing notices are posted here on Trulia by a company called RealtyTrac to try and entice home buyers to sign up for their fee-based service.

If you are interested in finding a Captiva home, here is a free resource to look at active listings on Captiva:

As you have heard there are some websites out there that do not update there pendings or sales very often. Some sites can get lots of business to their pay sites this way. Unfortunately, it wastes a lot of buyers time. I would like to offer you usage of my weblink to the entire FL Gulf Coast MLS. ( I will send you daily reports and listings that match your search criteria. Upper Captiva is quite limited in the price range that intrigued you. There is nothing in that price range currently. We are adding over 100 new listings everyday so with some patience we can find what you are looking for. Sanibel Island has a large selection right now too. The web link below will give you an example. Happy to help you shop these areas when you are ready.

The home was originally listed on 11/20/09. The taxes for 2009 where $5,259.68. The property's assessed value in 2009 was $616,510.00. Here is the link to additional pictures of the home.,1083079101.e51f4a51&mlno=200955920

That is not a property listed for sale but rather a deceptive advertisement of a lis pendens filing placed on Trulia by a company called RealtyTrac. RealtyTrac utilizes these advertisements to lure you into signing up for their fee-based service to look at foreclosure listings.

Currently, the lowest priced listings on Captiva Island are $275K for a North Captiva SF home(boat access only) and $279K for a 1BR condo at Bayside Villas in the South Seas resort.

There would be a line through Captiva and all the way over the Sanibel Bridge if that was the asking price for the property rather than for a time share!

Right now prices at South Seas range from the low $200s for a 1 bedroom at the Tennis Villas to over $3m for a single-family home. Here is a resource that is updated daily of active listings at South Seas:
