Multifamily, beautiful street, walk to beach and shops. can some mold really hold this back? how is this not an amazing investment property?

I think Quality of life...meaning, it is considered a beautiful resort area that is off the beaten path of NYC and/or Phily, and AC. Great food, lodging, beach homes... Folks taking the CM ferry are clearly not in a rush to get anywhere, and will spend more time just enjoying the moment passing through. It is also becoming more popular as a year round location for folks that enjoy the town, but don't want to be too far away from the busy life an hour and a half away. Tom Hinz ... more

Your total Utilities for a twin will probably run you around $300-$400 depending on usage. Water bill is higher in the summer then it is in the winter. The garbage is a private service you will have to hire but the recycling is paid for by your taxes. I live in Cape May City with my wife and two sons who are 8 and 11 years old. When they were little it was great. We walked everywhere and still do. However, its very expensive to live in Cape May and therefore there are no young families with children so my boys virtually have no one to play with. Were thinking of moving to Cape May Court House area to find a neighborhood were they are young families. My wife and I love Cape May, but our boys come first. ... more
