I just did a quick search on the MLS and it appears that 75 Ocean House Road in Cape Elizabeth is not listed for sale. 152 Ocean House Road is listed though. Feel free to reach out so we can discuss further, I would be more than happy to help you find a place.

Thanks,
Ryan Rich

Top of the day Roxana,

Alas this house already sold.. one of the unfortunate problems with the data on Trulia!

If you would like I can certainly send you a link to some other fixer uppers in the area? Feel free to just email me at johnherrigel@gmail.com.. I am a local real estate broker with Green Tree Realty.

Also you can learn more about who I am at www.mymaineproperty.com

All the best and stay warm,

Hi June,

Hi Hazel,

Yes, you can. You will need to contact the Designated Broker of the agency to request a termination of your agreement.

If you are looking for a new buyer agent, I am an Accredited Buyers Representative with Prudential Prime Properties and would be delighted to assist you, Hazel.

Hi Cole,

Are you considering putting your house on the market? If you would like me to do a market analysis, feel free to contact me at: CJ Dubois-Cote, Prudential Prime Properties, 207-615-1663 or cindy@prubay.com.

To answer your question, prices of homes have come down just a bit from December, 2008. Since the Presidential election and the $8,000 tax credit, the markets in southern Maine have begun to stablize. Once the short sales and foreclosures are behind us, we will begin to see a steady increase. I'd be happy to answer any other questions you may have. Just give me a call or send me an email. Thanks, Cole.
