A HUD home means that the property is owned by HUD. This usually happens when the prior owner defaulted on an FHA loan.
An unspecified property means they are not sure what type of home is listed. This often happens when a manufactured home is affixed to a permanent foundation.
All that being said, this property is not currently showing on the HUD site as available for sale. It is also not showing on the MLS as available for sale. So beware.
If you are looking for a great deal in Canyon Country, your best bet is to work with a reputable realtor in that area. They will keep you from being scammed.
