Neither! White is hard to cover over darker colors. First you need to prime the walls with Kiltz or 123primer. Depending on how old the paint is, it may be oil based paint. You can check for oil based paint (latex paint will not stick to oil it bubbles and peels of) if the walls are stained or oil base use oil based Kiltz. If you selling paint with Behr Pro in the back isle of the Home Depot paint section. This paint was made by Kiltz and relabled Behr. The paint for contractors and is value priced and usually covers in 1-2 coats. Go with a Sherwin Williams color code like gobe desert. The is a good netural color which is appealing to most people, covers good and will sell your house quickly. ... more

Zillow has purchased Trulia and will automatically post on both. I would suggest posting your phone number in the comments not just the side. Good luck if you are still selling.

I have also seen two houses that I was interested in renting. The price seemed too good to be true. The photos had the MLS stamped on it. I looked up the MLS , called the real estate agent. Both properties were for sale and completely out of my reach. The agent told me this happened to him twice within 48 hours of him listing the property in the GAMLS. It's sad to see so many scammers out there. Thanks for your diligence in this matter. ... more

Hi Erica,

Please give me a call, and I can refer you to a lender that I work with frequently. There are several down payment assistance programs in addition to GA Dream that it would likely benefit you to figure out which one would be the best for your situation.

Thanks,

The mistake is you should have had a buyer agent well experienced in new construction, first research to what other homes have sod for, what was or was not included or paid extra for and then what to offer. Hello Nick- First off, congratulations on turning your situation around!! I would be happy to speak with you about your options. I have an office in Woodstock Ga. off of HWY 92 in Cherokee County. My bank does offer lot loans but we do require 30% down. We also have a construction to perm that only requires 15% down. The tools that we have available these days can really give us an idea of exactly what can be done to increase your credit scores.
Feel free to give me a call

Very jealous, Georgia is beautiful. The best thing to do is interview a few agents for the job of guiding you in home investment. I find this link to be helpful with good questions for you to begin your interview process..
