HI, Mark,
And thanks so much for asking. Yes, Spring is just around the corner, and we are enjoying a steady stream of qualified buyers coming through, so I would venture to say that it's a great time to consider putting your condo on the market.
Just a quick little success story: I listed a condo in another area back in November, and I got it under contract within three weeks of listing, and it sold for only $1000 less than list price!
If you would like to call me to discuss YOUR condo in the Seasons at Biltmore, I can be reached at 828 231 8694.
Thanks a million!

Deborah,
You might want to check out the Asheville area. Are you looking for someone to come to you or are you looking for boarding?

I don't know if any lender will refinance your home with such a low credit score. If you would like more information on correcting your credit please visit our website. Also I am sorry you lost your money to a credit repair company. Unfortunately there are some companies who give the entire industry a very bad name.

Do you understand how a rent to own works? You know they are hard to find because they don't work and so sellers avoid them because they are a waste of time and rarely sell the house. There is an extra fee added to the monthly rent called an option fee along with a deposit you don't get back if you can't buy the house. You MUST get a loan to buy the house or you default and lose the deposit, the option money each month and you have to move again. People incorrectly assume these are good deals and they are NOT. You will lose more in the end. Just rent and buy when you can. ... more

This property was withdrawn from the market on May 18, 2012. The best way to find out if a short sale is still available is to contact a local real estate agent, as he or she will have access to this information. Data on public websites is sometimes inaccurate or incomplete. I hope this helps!!! ... more
