East Valley and North Valley are about the safest places to rent or purchase in Phoenix. In Phoenix we have great neighborhoods too where crime is nominal. The listing next to the school grades will say low crime, no crime or heavy crime and they list crimes involved. ... more

Of you don't want to live near a school, those bells rings all day night and weekends. Also you'll need to be extra slow in school routes to be mindful of the children.

Robert Joffe is a licensed agent in the State of Arizona and his correct contact information can be found on the Arizona Department of Real Estate website.
