The absolute best grocery market, in my opinion, is Market Basket On Somerville Ave, in Union Square. They have the freshest produce (fresher than Whole Foods!) and the lowest prices. Your dollars will go a great deal further if you shop here. ... more

Hi John,

Where are you seeing "Neighborhood Nine"? When I look at this listing I see that it's in the Riverside Neighborhood: http://i.imgur.com/R7TUg.jpg

I hope that helps,

If you ask a Yale graduate, they might say no.
Same with MIT, BC, Cornell, etc.
It does seem that the person still makes a difference, but having the Big H as a credential tends to open doors.

That is difficult criteria however there are a couple options.

1) Broaden your search to the following locations and then cross reference them with a site like http://www.greatschools.net/ and see if the elementary schools match your criteria:

Watertown
Arlington
Newton
Somerville
Medford

2) While i know you are set on a single family, you could consider a 3 bedroom condo in a multi-family. This would give you the charm of a single and potentially more options to choose from. Here are a few examples using all the neighborhoods:

3) in Cambridge specifically your criteria is hard to match. That said if you can move quickly yet can be patient to wait for the opportunity you may be able to find what you are looking for. Below are two examples of single families in a fantastic locations in Cambridge that if they sit a little longer might be ripe for a great deal:
