Indeed there are! If your four legged family member is a dog, there could be limits on the number of pets, their size/weight and breed. If you've have kitties, limit could be based on the number. Most if not all condos require approval of both you and your pets.

Van Loon Commons does have pet restrictions. One pet, weighing less than 50lbs and if the pet is a dog, no vicious breeds. If it's a vicious cat, then you need the guy from "My Cat from Hell" on Animal Planet.

The HOA fees are approximately $335 monthly and there is a balance on the remodel/ reconstruction project that took place on this building of approximately $7,000

Once an accepted offer has been sign the seller must provide to the buyer all condo docs including financials and rules and regulations

The buyer has three days to review docs and if the numbers provided in the contract offer are different then what the condo docs states .... And the buyer is uncomfortable with the exact numbers then the buyer has the right to cancel the contract

This community does allow pets for owners, some units have views of canal, some have views of empty lot and or of Cape Coral Pkwy

Generally in my experience if photos not provided that means the agent did not want to show areas that would be considered dated.... However not always the case

The community does allow pets for owners (within limits). This rental is not in the local MLS system, so I can not tell if the owner of the property will allow a tenant to have a small pet. You will need to contact the list agent directly for this information. Sorry.

The condo in question here was built in 1974 so it is unlikely to have CDW. Chinese drywall was shipped to the USA after Hurricane Charley in late 2004 when there was a shortage of US made drywall. Unfortunately that coincided with the big building boom in SW Florida.

It is unusual that an older dwelling is built with defective (Chinese) drywall. I'm surprised, living in Port Charlotte that you have not heard about Chinese drywall
