Hello from cal city

The property 21236 Bancroft is near the central park, (less than 2 blocks, away) and is surrounded by vacant lots. We can contact the owners to see if they are selling, The standard lot size is .22 acres, and this property may be built on two adjoining lots. lots usually go cheaply now because there is so much vacant land available. But homes like this-over 1800 square ft, close to the park, churches, and central lake-they are hard to come by. It is also on natural gas, a great plus out here. The property is now listed for sale and we can arrange an inspection to view the floor plan at your pleasure. Just call or write anytime ,Robert Whitman, Realtor, CDPE, of High Desert Real Estate, dre license #01812850 phone 323-334-6467, or email at Poetfire1@gmail.com.

i will call the broker tomorrow to confirm lot size and see if they can get a floor plan to send you. (RW)

You can contact the listing agent who will be able to help you learn more about that specific property (and probably will know a lot about similar properties in the area). To find an agent, just click on the yellow button on the property's Trulia listing and you will be able to start a dialogue.

Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can help with anything else. I am happy to be a resource for you. Good luck with the search!

Best,
Ali, Trulia Voices Community Manager

This property appears to be available but it is a probate auction. There are probably better alternatives available that wont really cost any more. I have quite a few parcels available in Cal City. Please feel comfortable calling me at 661-375-7325 if you want to know what parcels are available that suit your needs. ... more

Jerry Gardner answered:
Marcia,

Because I"m not an expert in this area, I'm only going to answer this question on a general basis so as to give you some direction. If your dog is a true service dog, then they fall outside the rules governing family pets and as such there are specific provisions that have to be afforded to you because of it. As an example, service dogs are allowed to fly in the cabin of an airplane, whereas a pet would have to be stowed in the cargo hold.

Again, I'm not an expert in this area but I suggest that if any potential landlord is not accommodating you, then you should seek an expert to help you. Some places where you can start are with the city housing department for the location where you plan to live, as well as the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Good luck.

Anybody can be put on a deed at anytime. As for being put on the mortgage, however, you may want to discuss it with the lender who your daughter has the current mortgage with and explain the circumstances. See if they'd be willing to add you onto note as well and eventually release your daughter alltogether. Stranger things have happened in this crazy world of finance. ... more

Sally Lawrence answered:
It's not possible for a real estate agent to give you an answer regarding those kinds of issues. That's why your purchase offer should include a buyer investigation period to allow you time to determine answers to those questions. If the answers are not satisfactory, then you are entitled to cancel the contract without penalty. ... more
