If you have been scammed you can contact the FBI Fraud Investigation number and they will follow up to prosecute and set up restitution if any is due.

You should study RENT vs BUY options as if you bought you would not have those types of issues. You may qualify to buy with minimal out of pocket expenses with down payment and closing cost assistance programs.
