Im so sorry this happened my friend was just issued a judgement as well in fact yesterday and she is working through it. It's awful and it really does hurt your credit. I hope your going through Lexington Law they have helped me and several of my friends.

Sad part is any negative items you have on your report can stay on there for up to 7 years....and it can actually get re reported to your credit sometimes. It sucks but that's what could happen. It sounds like your having a hard time getting into a place due to what that l judgment and the other thing you mentioned earlier. If that's what's standing in your way of getting into another apartment I'd seriously start looking into repairing my credit. Lexington law is the Top in the Nation.

Hello Mattlevine, yes the rentals in 90035 zip code start from $1,495 for 350sf studio apt and up. You can get up to 2bd 2ba 1,200sf apt in 90035 zip code. You should study RENT vs BUY listings to compare payments.

The purchase start from 599k for 2bd 3ba 1015sf condo and up. The payments are comparable and depending on where you work you can study and compare neighboring cities as well.

If you figure out what cities/zip codes you are considering, minimum number of bedrooms and the maximum payment/price you are looking to achieve and you can be emailed listings to fit your search criteria.

Your qualifications will be determined by your credit profile, debt to income ratios, fico scores, loan program and how much you want to invest into the down payment and closing costs. Your fico scores can be raised within 3-4 days in most cases to qualify for programs, rates and terms as necessary.
