Each office is independently owned and operated so each office can be different. Interview all of them and see which one offers your the best training. I would email all of them and see which ones are slow to respond and cross them off the list immediately. Besides training and prompt responses I looked for a broker that didn't have high monthly fee's as I figured it was going to take me a few months before I closed my first deal and didn't like the thought of me paying $1000+ in fees without any income.... more

Be a really good listener. Try to understand your client's needs and fears. Show them that you really now their motovations in for wanting to buy a home. Connection and service are the keys. They must now that it is more important to you that they are happy with what ever choice they make over whatever pay check you may get.
