The people that rent properties usually do they own photography. Realtors that sell houses will spend as much as $500 for expert photos. It is just not economical for rental companies to make more photos and the high quality photos. Sorry, looking for a place to live is a task and a low amount of photos makes it very hard. The better Rental management companies will take more photos. I have in the past when folks are out of town visited a rental and taken extra photo to help them with their decision.

Your best way to find a property is to give a reraltor you requirements, size, price range, location, amentitie etc and let them send you a search that matches your needs. They have access to MLS and this area of real estate in the San Antonio area moves very very fast. The best properties move in just a few days.

Outstanding properties will move in one or two days in our market today, and it is first come first serve.the best ones are gone by the time they get into most of the web sites.Truela is one of the fastest to update. If you have specific propertty questions or need assistance aquiring a place to rent. I will be happy to send you up to the date info, and put you on a daily e-mail with only the rentals that meet your specific requirements. Price, size, location, # bedrooms, # bathrooms, garage etc. Don't hesitate to call. At this time in this market you need to be ready to move quickly
